Anti-prohibition is a conservative issue - it’s about reining the federal government back into its Constitutional bounds.
9th and 10th amendments forbid the current controlled substances laws, and a genuinely conservative, law-abiding court will overturn them.

Why was an Amendment required to outlaw alcohol, but every (any) other substance is just fine to prohibit by federal fiat?
The Ninth and Tenth Amendments say, in a nutshell, that the government cant assume new powers, and that any powers that arent already listed in the Constitution belong to the States or to the people, respectively. These two Amendments, part of the Bill of Rights no less than the First and Second, are savagely ignored in Washington. We need to fix that.
