Obviously the case stank to high heaven in his district and the GOP establishment and the Sheriff as well told Scarborough the matter would be let lie if he cleared out of Florida and stayed gone. If he didn't the Sheriffs Dept. and DA would keep digging and had a good idea they would strike paydirt.
