That black culture members are slaves to the democrat leadership says more about the democrat leadership (and the character of it's followers) than it says about the genetics of race.
It's also a commentary that in the past century black culture has chosen leadership incredibly poorly, whatever color that leadership is. Actually it's far worse at choosing black leadership. There are plenty of great black leaders around. That they are seldom (never?) embraced is a cultural character flaw, not a race issue, except to the extent that history has resulted in certain colors correlating with certain cultures due to proximity.
For example, in California, there are many black and white and asian and polkadotted progressives, but all are equally either evil or ignorant and hence all idiotic and dangerous.

My personal favorite is being called a ‘Nazi’. Translated this means they hate America and want to destroy it.
