It wouldn’t surprise me if these subversives try to take presidential veto to court.An injunction from a west coast judge could tie it up for a couple years while Chief Justice Roberts extolls the unbiased nature of the decree.

These days they could probably find some azzhat judge that would say POTUS can’t veto stuff. Course, if it were Ebola, then EO is the law of the land.
