Russian agents who favored Donald Trump's presidential candidacy harnessed the major players of America's tech industry in a sophisticated propaganda effort that was far more extensive than originally understood, according to a detailed analysis prepared for the Senate intelligence committee.
The Russian efforts included an attempt to suppress the votes of African-Americans.
Researchers combed through millions of posts from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube created by the Internet Research Agency, the St. Petersburg-based firm run by a close ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin whose key executives have been indicted by special counsel Robert Mueller on charges of defrauding the United States....

I was on Facebook almost every day during 2016. At no time did I see anything at all from Russians or anything targeting African-Americans that could be construed as an attempt to suppress their vote.
The Russian Facebook ads were laughable. They didn't change anyones' vote.

Interviewer is a complete jerk, and Parscale professionally, calmly, makes him look like an idiot.
They get into the question of Russian involvement, and Parscale just sort of laughs off that they had any significant effect given the $$ numbers involved.
“Hillary wanted to start a totally pointless war with Russia over Syria.”
HRC wanted a continuence of her Arab Spring operation with the ultimate goal of toppling Israel.

Percentage that ‘favored’ Trump: 60% (Favored pretty much being anything that wasn’t a direct support of Hillary.)
So, $9,600,000 spent ‘for’ Trump
$6,400,000 for Hillary
And over a half billion given to the Clinton family (over the past 8 years.)
Yeah, Russia wanted the person who’s not a politician, whom they didn’t already pay for, over a person with a massive history of appeasement (and a strong desire for high oil prices, as well as against drilling and coal.)

The Soviets tried for over 70 years to get rid of U.S. Presidents and presidential candidates (Barry Goldwater, Reagan and even Truman) or to cripple them by infiltrating their Administration (FDR’s was a Hotel for Soviet operatives, as was his government).
They always attacked conservation/Republican candidates at many levels of national politics (and even had a few Party mayors/Governors such as Coleman Young in Detroit and Gov. Elmer Benson, Minnesota).
Obama’s administration contained an assortment of communists/Marxists/Maoists and left-wing radicals of various stripes. There was no need for Moscow to get too directly involved (though the old Communist Party USA had a direct and very important role in the political rise of Chicago’s own Barack Obama - Quentin Young, Milt Cohen, Alice Palmer & husband - strong CP/Moscow supporters, possibly son of Soviet operative Harry Cantor, Chicago political kingmaker and id. CPUSA member/Soviet propaganda importer David Simon Cantor and his longtime, old time Marxist Don Rose, and support from CP-friendly Rep. Danny Davis (D-Ill, Chicago), among others).
Nobody will eve know the total amount of Soviet/Russian involvement in US politics but it has been far greater than anyone could imagine.
A couple of books that begin to give you a look into this subject is “Covert Cadre”, Steven Powell; the Soviet espionage books on Venona, the Atomic Bomb spy rings, Congressional spy rings - anything by Khlers, Haynes, Romerstein, Breindel, Vassiliev, John Barron (Operation Solo), and Prof. Paul Kengor’s books “Dpues” and “Frank Marshall Davis”, the Mitrokhin papers, among many hundreds of others.
