Not the *entire* country...just certain parts of it.
It is time to believe it.
Every election but that for the president is essentially those "certain parts" and they rely on the "popular vote". Unfortunately, the results increasingly tend to be "popular selections" and not "prudent selections".
One reason to stay optimistic is the national map that for the time being depicts the overwhelming number of R controlled counties. That will be important if the ordinary citizen is called upon to defend the Constitution.
