I saw that pic. She works at UCLA. The report was by her. So, when she refers to this study, it’s basically her opinion.

For decades a custodian and shepherd to the needs of the South L.A. community, Cox now serves a largely Black and Hispanic clientele. The specter of fear cast by the man in charge is apparent to both demographics.”
This is the giant lie under all the lies in the Trump era. The spector of fear has not been cast by Trump. It has been manufactured by a media acting as the dedicated slaves of those parties that lost to Trump.
When Blacks free themselves from the same intellectual plantation the media keeps itself to, they become freed independent individuals able to see the political slander the media dishes out, and they fear no more.
The authors and those they spoke to are trying to work diligently to keep “minorities” locked up in the same intellectual plantation they occupy.
