Vicasso Lara held without bond in Lee County
A Florida man was charged with torturing and killing a dog that he later baked in an oven, according to authorities.
Vicasso Lara, 24, stabbed and beat the dog before placing it in an oven and heating it to its highest setting, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release posted on its Facebook page.
“I’m speechless,” Sheriff Carmine Marceno said. “This is possibly the most brutal and horrific example of animal abuse my team or I have ever seen.”
Deputies were called to Lara’s home by a neighbor who said he was making threats. Deputies said they found pools of blood outside and bloody footprints leading inside, where the dog was found in the oven.
Investigators said Lara stabbed and bludgeoned the dog.
Lara was being held Saturday in the county jail without bond. Jail records didn’t list a lawyer for Lara.

Vendome’s version of a just and proper punishment:
I would chain his hands and legs, then pull him up four flights of metal fire escape stairs, feet first.
Then I would kicked him in the family jewels just enough to cause a stomach ache every 15 minutes for 8 hours.
After that I would push him out a window letting him fall four stories into a pile of razor wire 5 rolls high and 5 rolls wide.
He could lay in the pile of razor wire for two days in the desert sun and then I would release a flock of crows and 1 gallon of scarabs right next to him.
But that’s just me.
He must have been on drugs to do something so savage.
Probably did not even gut and clean the animal.
Thank God, the dog was already dead (I guess!) before being placed in that oven. This kind of person may be beyond saving. Put them away and/or put their lights out.
Some nameless person is going to have to remove that oven from that house. My sympathies.
He should set up shop in a Chinese wet market.

Mine would be to make him stand stock still in the hot, humid Florida sun all day. No food, no water. If he so much as shifts a foot or moves a muscle, beat the crap out of him. Hit him around the knees and ankles.
That handle doesn't strike me as a good ol' Florida cracker. Hell, it doesn't even strike me as American.
I remember a kid putting a kitten in a microwave oven back in the ‘70s with the predictable results....
He needs to die the same way slowly.

I have another just punishment scenario involving a room full of rocking chairs and 50 long tail cats.
After a certain amount of time the room would be flooded and 5 or 6 adolescent sharks are released into the waters...

Stake him into the sand on the beach...just below high tide at low tide. Let him watch his death arrive over hours.
