The Justice Department will ask U.S. attorneys who were appointed by former President Donald Trump to resign from their posts, as the Biden administration moves to transition to its own nominees, a senior Justice Department official said Monday.
But the U.S. attorney overseeing the federal tax probe involving Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, will remain in place. The acting attorney general, Monty Wilkinson, called U.S. Attorney David Weiss, who runs the federal prosecutor’s office in Delaware, and asked him to remain on the job, the official said.
The Justice Department has been investigating the finances of Hunter Biden, including scrutinizing some of his Chinese business dealings and other transactions. The tax investigation was launched in 2018, the year before the elder Biden announced his candidacy for president. The press is reporting this as appointing his own staff, whereas under a Republican administration, it is reported as a scandal for US Attorneys to be removed.
The answer is “you are under arrest for plotting against the legal government of the United States of America”.

I can’t go there! I want evil stopped wherever it is... the left talk about reprogramming us... “we are redeemable”..as if it’s “we” who are off our rocker.... it is they... it is THEY who are without God and living in the worst of evil... they are lost and have no conscience to do what is right.... the only “right” going on was when Trump was in office.
They are on a roll and outside of a civil war... it’s a foregone conclusion they have enough power to take us over and THEN...we will wish we would have stopped them earlier. That is what ‘comfort’ does..it removes the urgency ... we’d rather sit and watch tv.
I may be stark staring, barking mad by now but I still hold out hope for that miracle from God.
These are appointees. They serve ‘at the pleasure of the President’ - though they are a sort of hybrid since they have a tradition of being much less connected to politics than other appointees, or did before Clinton did a mass purge and then had his cronies be part of the chain reporting to him about the progress of cases against him and his. The Dems just try to turn it into a scandal any time the Republicans fire any.
I believe God has taken his hand off our Nation for a while now.
