Some people create their own “toxic atmosphere” by being lazy, uncooperative, demanding, confrontational, or antagonistic. In cruder terms, they are aholes and normal people react badly to such individuals and will often resort to using offensive language based on the most obvious physical characteristics.
If there is any truth to what this person claims, and I seriously doubt that there is, it may well be that he brought the abuse on himself by his own bad behavior.
Odds are he just went to court over missed child support payments, judgement not good for a ‘playa up in the club’, found working for a wage any longer pointless as it would just go to the kids and the nappy headed ho, and is going for the Hail Mary race card across the enterprise!
