I think that means that a constitutional challenge to federal legislation will be upheld by the court as a violation of state’s rights.

The federal government can do whatever they want with the commerce clause.

They cannot violate the Constitution with it. Nothing in that clause contradicts any amendments nor vice versa.

I don’t think so, an abortion isn’t interstate commerce. It’s a service that is offered within an individual state.
