No training organization is going to buy 6 more mannequins and lengthen the training schedule to make this happen. While I have _some_ sympathy for the point here, this just isn’t realistic.
To rectify this last of diversity, the AHA has developed a mannequin to simulate a morbidly obese female patient. Unfortunately, it weighs 400 lb and requires a forklift to transport it to the class

I taught CPR for many years - Chest compressions do not depend on color, sex, pregnancy, or “gender expression”. Big boobs aren’t in the way, neither are fat bellys.
location of target - lower sternum, xiphoid process, “chest”, whatever you want to call it, matters.
Disco beat is it - Some organizations teach that you don’t even have to do breaths anymore- Compresssions are enough until The Pros arrive.

Female CPR mannequins will have breasts.
Then people will complain about that.
And some men will refuse to use the female mannequin because they are shy.
There are many reasons for male mannequins.
This white practice dummy is an obvious use of white oppression designed to impress upon first responders the necessity of saving white men.
The solution is obvious and relatively simple> Design and build practice dummies that correlate to different racial and physical types. For example you could have dummies that represented fat black lesbians (eg: black skin with rainbow lips or something similar). No identity left behind.
And the new practice dummies should be integrated into the training groups with due regard for affirmative action by providing a higher percentage of the new dummies by sexual preferences, race, weight, etc.
Then we’ll be all set. Problem solved.
A mannekin is NOT a human. It is meant to resemble one in those characteristics that can be used to train in CPR.
A mannekin has NO sex, NO race, NO ethnicity, NO language. People who look at a mannekin and see a human of a certain type are insane.
The color or race of the dummy doesn’t matter to me.
It would be a good idea to have an obese dummy or very buxom one. This would train the student to first find the collarbone or clavicle, go directly under the chin, and there, most likely, you will find the top of the sternum, or breastbone. The student is then ready to do compressions, if that trainer is still teaching compressions. Some first aid trainers have stopped, because of the risk of breaking a rib.
How do these researchers know the mannequins are white males?
Did they use preferred pronouns? Did they ask the mannequins what they identify as?
Maybe these researchers are anti white racist bigots!
