Outside of a clinical setting, CPR is successful very little of the time.
My daughter is a paramedic. She tells me most times they do CPR for the family, not the patient. It works rarely…but still worth doing.

Look into the cost of creating the molds for several types and the resulting cost increases.

At one point in my life I was an EMT and have actually performed CPR on real people (both inside and outside of hospital). Not once did it occur to me that my training was only for “lean white males”.

Envision yourself training on a Whoopi Goldberg CPR doll. Real life features including rolls of fat, food stained clothing, lack of recent hygiene, etc. Maybe that lean white guy isn’t so bad.
Once there is diversity in CPR manikin colors, the whiner’s new complaints will be that the color of the person giving CPR and the manikin should be the same color.
I am fairly sure they recognize this already.
