I think it’s these guys; the brute force methods used in various systems (pinch, tokamak, laser inertial containment, etc) probably can’t work, this is a finessed approach.

It would not be so bad, like I said earlier it would clean itself up, and it would be quite localized. (unless you live in a really small state like Rhode Island or Delaware)
