I wonder if the atheist Garcia (swearing in on a comic book speaks volumes) will bring his gay ‘husband’ with him for the ceremony.

He did nothing as mayor of Long Beach. Totally useless. Actually just two accomplishments, got the taxpayers to fund a rainbow lifeguard tower, and reportedly ordered the police to stand down while BLM and others burned and looted the city on May 31, 2020 during the Saint George Floyd mayhem.
