I noticed that I have the dubious distinction of being the last man to receive a post from Humblegunner. Seeing that I feel sort of like a Giovanni Martini of some sorts, I wanted to see if anybody has heard from our old sarcastic FRiend?

She’s doing great. I see her posts on FB often. Has several grandchildren and has moved to another coastal area.

It may have improved .0025%, the visciousness of the Russia/Ukraine and Trump/Desantis threads is something else. Every election cycle it gets worse.

Some of Grumble's posts made me LOL. Others were just an eyeroll and "Oh boy, there he goes." You get the bad with the good I guess.

Exactly! And I would rather have a concise excerpt than have to scroll down for 10 minutes to get to the comments. If the excerpt is interesting I have no problem clicking for the full article. It’s a shame that FR doesn’t have the content it did years ago.
