Well, ChatGPT4.0 hasn’t been told.
I saw a news article that says you can now browse the internet and are not limited to you 2021 training set. Is that true?
ChatGPT
No, that information is incorrect. I cannot browse the internet or access real-time information. My training data is limited to what was available up to January 2022, and I can’t update it or browse for new information. I can, however, use certain tools like Wolfram Alpha to perform calculations or retrieve curated data. If you have any questions or need information, feel free to ask!

Chat GPT-4V is out and is coding HTML web apps based on hand-drawn sketches and block diagrams. Literally anyone can write their own functional app.

This is another step towards the Universal Interface, for which most people will choose a conversational avatar. You will have conversations with your avatar and it will find information and content for you, as well as handle most of the mundane details of your life such as keeping track of your appointments, bills, investments, so forth. If you need a customized app it will write it for you. Eventually it will learn enough about you to act as your trusted agent in many routine matters.

People will choose their avatar as toddlers and it will grow up with them, though of course they’ll be able to change avatars any time. Humans will become, effectively, a different species than now, a species which has much greater information power at the price of being totally dependent on network access.
