That is absolutely correct and I must admit I was playing devils’ advocate with my question.
I have worn out my “yelling fire in a theater” example of how ridiculous 2A laws are.
It (briefly) goes like this...
Man yells Fire! in a theater.
In the rush to get out little Jenny gets a twisted ankle.
Man is arrested for “assault on a minor” and is convicted.
Felony.
Now does man-who-yelled-fire lose his First Amendment rights to free speech which is how he committed the crime?
NOOOOOOOOO!
He loses his 2A rights FOR LIFE.
2A had nothing to do with the event and man-who-yelled-fire was not armed at the time.
However, he can at any time continue using his now abused 1A rights which again, is how he commited the crime.
Hey, with laws like that who needs an amusement park? We are living in one.

The progs are also desperate to get there slimy spy on everyone authorizations extended, they try to sneak it into every bill in Congress.
And CCPerv LGB’s handlers are getting him to attempt even more treason with EO’s and ATF “rules.”
The prog want to issue just such rules to push most of normal American Citizens into “assumed felon” status considering there are 400 million firearms in private Citizen’s hands.
Nice little line of bullshit on a request for a warrant when the local SQUAT wants to go play Army and steal a few high ticket items once they get the safe open.
