Some very powerful stuff. I had an endarterectomy and one of the drugs they gave me during the operation was fentanyl. They opened up my neck from earlobe down to my adam’s apple. I’ve got one helluva Munich Dueling scar there. :0) It took 30 staples to close it up.

I remember going there a few times in my late teens when I was visiting L.A. Venice Beach was kind of quirky and arty back then. A lot of skateboarders and roller skaters, too and yes, I’m pretty sure there was a lively drug scene.
But it didn’t appear to be a crime-infested, Democrat sh*thole like it is now.
