People still talk about homelessness as an economic problem. It’s not. It’s mental health and their needs for housing and food and care would be taken care of by mental hospitals. Society would greatly benefit.

From Hawaii to New York, they’ve done the rest of us a wonderful service by attracting the mentally ill out of the other states.
