Help fellow Freepers!
I am home is southeast Missouri for the holidays and we have discovered that the president will be campaigning in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on MONDAY!
I think all the tickets have already been given out. But does anyone know what time he will be there and if there is any way to get additional tickets?
Thanks!

By the way from the reaction this visit is getting locally, Missouri is in great shape for November!

I had a ticket but am having to give it to a relative because I have to work. My 73 year old grandma stood in line for hours to get them after the local Republican HQ called her up on their phone list to tell about the visit.
It's going to be held in Ray Clinton Park, across from the new Coliseum arena building downtown. No umbrellas and no video camera allowed. Probably no shade either.
For those interested in ironic trivia, the park is named after a rich Democrat who donated the land to the city a few years ago.

I got 4 tickets by standing in line this morning but by the time my brother and mom got there they ran out of tickets while they were waiting in line.
So now I have to feel guilty about going if we can't find some tickets some where else...
Oh well
