Dave Pentecost is one of a number of volunteer filmmakers who worked with Michael Moore to document election day conditions at polling sites throughout Ohio.... Dave sends BoingBoing this short movie comprised of excerpts from footage they captured on November 2, 2004. Much of it was apparently edited on laptops in the back of a bus. He says:

"Our thanks to People for the American Way and Election Protection. My apologies to the Jayhawks for not clearing the music first. (I'm still waiting to hear back, their rights person is in transit, I'll do it next week). The decision to go ahead was mine. This was shot by a dedicated group of 20 volunteer filmmakers, but any faults in the editing or focus of this video are my responsibility. The organizers of the trip will release a longer selection of statements by voters who had problems voting."

This really is pathetic evidence of voter intimidation. Two white guys in a black voting precinct in Ohio standing around observing. Never once are they captured on tape talking to anybody. This is the best they've got? The Libs have completely lost it.

So true. My goodness if they are intimidated by these white boys that weigh about 1/4 of what any black person shown does...and they're not even talking to anybody, just looking and talking on their cell phones--I really wonder about these people.

I wouldn't be intimidated if 100 opposition people were at my polling place...bring 'em on! I'd even wear my W2004 sweatshirt....intimidate THIS!

Compared to the Democrats shooting RNC offices, attacking little girls holding Bush/Cheney signs and attacking women on planes, this is nothing. It is called standing and looking. They only people that could be intimidated by this are people trying to commit a crime at the polls.
