Personal injury suits will remain state unless folded into CA...is that correct?

haven't really had a chance to look at the text of the new law/bill. It's my understanding that it federalizes some class action cases over a certain dollar limit.

"Loser pays"/"The British Rule" or some variant of it is the ultimate answer to lawsuit abuse, IMHO.
