Republicans Are Killing Terri Schiavo And Our Constitution...(But, Actually a Pro-Terri article)

The circus we are being exposed to regarding Terri Schiavo is nothing more than an attempt to further destroy our Republican form of Government with the help of the ignorant Christians.

According to Florida law if a man is living in open adultery he is committing a crime and should be arrested and go to jail. The law surrounding living wills is that there has to be 2 witness not family, and notarized in order for a feeding tube to be removed. If there is no living will the closest family member, the husband in this case, can then make that decision.

In Iowa 70 years ago my grandfather could have my grandmother institutionalized against her will. We are living in a pretty archaic society if we will let a husband living in adultery choose life and death issues on his wife. The reason the living will law requires two witness's that are not blood relatives so your relatives can't kill you off to get the farm.

If we had judges that followed the written law, Michael Schiavo would be in jail for 60 days and have a record of his infidelity and should disqualify him as being the one who decides if his wife lives or dies.

Our constitution allows for judges to be impeached or have their jurisdiction removed. The congress in Florida can make a law that the judge has to follow. There are 9 republicans in Florida's congress that have stopped the attempt to feed Terri.

Terri's final hope lies in the Florida Legislature, which failed to pass a law that would protect disabled Floridians from dehydration and starvation. They could save her life, IF THEY ACT NOW! Unfortunately the Florida measure previously failed when nine Senate Republicans banded together and voted against it. Known as the Republican NINE, the affirmative votes of these men and women could have saved Terri and her family from this current crisis. THIS WAS A SHAMEFUL ACT OF COWARDICE. One can only wonder what kind of person would refuse to pass a law to prevent intentional starvation for the disabled. In Florida, laws exist that make it a crime to starve a pet. Animals have greater protections in Florida than do disabled Americans. Who are the nine republicans?

This is definitely a states issue and the Federal govt. should stay out of it. Their involvement destroys what is left of states rights and our republic. This is a very dangerous precedence.

This is a very easy case to handle and the circus that has developed is manipulated to make us worry more about which judges the democrats will allow Bush to appoint. Let me just tell you that Republican appointed judges and Republican judges voted into office have ruled just as bad as the Democrats. Many Republican judges ruled in favor of Roe v Wade, against prayer in school, for the removal of the 10 commandments. 8 Republican judges voted to remove our 10 commandments in Alabama and they voted to remove Roy Moore. 2 Republican and 1 Democrat judge on the 11th circuit voted to remove 10 Commandments in Alabama during the appeal.

Do not expect Republican judges or Bush's appointees to correct the problem in America, it is job of congress to fix it by impeaching and reigning in jurisdiction of the courts. Article 2 sec. 3 of the US Constitution.

This Schiavo mess is "Order out of Chaos" as usual their plan to destroy our republic. The so called Christian groups are nothing more than points of disinformation to keep you dumbed down and sending them your money to fix America. Do not be fooled anymore. I have been fooled by them for many years, but after the 10 Commandment circus in Alabama I can now see the writing on the wall.

The Republican party & Christian leaders would have you believe that judges are "grim reapers in black robes." When in reality it is our state legislators and our US Congress who do not follow the US Constitution to balance out the powers.

As David Bay with The Cutting Edge

states and I agree:

A Federal judge has just refused to order the feeding tube to be reinserted to keep Terri Schiavo alive! If the Federal Government allows the Florida State Government to put Terri to death through dehydration and starvation, the legal precedent will have been set which will allow Federal and State governments throughout this entire land to put people to death who are in similar circumstances.

This slippery path is the one down which Adolph Hitler took Germany from 1933-38. The planned Holocaust in this country may now be getting underway.

Since we dealt with this issue so strongly in our recent newsletter of March 20, 2004, we simply updated this newsletter. Please click below to go to our current newsletter to get this latest update (Section II) under This Weeks Hot News . America is truly in crisis today over this ruling!

Read what happened to Larry Klayman with Judicial Watch grandmother in Florida:

SCHIAVO CASE IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF FAMILY LAW FAILURE Former US Senate Candidate Faced Similar Situation In Own Family

MIAMI (MARCH 22, 2005)-- Today, Larry Klayman, the founder and former chairman of Judicial Watch and 2004 US Senate Candidate from Florida, issued this statement:

”My heart goes out to the Schindler family in their fight to keep their daughter Terri alive. As a father myself, I can understand how helpless they must have felt, until recently, in their attempts to take meaningful legal action to stop this tragedy. This is because I had a similar personal experience in my own family.

In this regard, my grandmother who raised me, Yetta Goldberg, had fallen out of bed in a nursing home and broken her hip. Unbeknownst to me at the time, my mother had the onset of Alzheimer's and was mentally incapable of making life and death decisions as next of kin for my grandmother. Seizing on this my then stepfather misappropriated all of my grandmother's money and ordered the nursing home and hospital caregivers to deny real medical treatment to Yetta. Do not resuscitate orders were placed on her medical charts falsely in the name of my mother, and toward the end of her life, new orders not to give my grandmother food and water were issued.

At the height of the Clinton scandals in 1997, as I was just becoming known as a public figure, I was forced to go into court to try to have the do not resuscitate and do not feed orders lifted. These cases had to be brought against my mother, because the orders were being authorized, fraudulently, in her name by my then stepfather.

I did not succeed in getting the orders lifted because, like the Schindlers, I was not next of kin. My grandmother, Yetta, literally died in my arms at Georgetown Hospital, with no one but me present.

My political opponents at the time tried to make much of the fact that I had to sue my own mother to try to save my grandmother who, I had learned, could have lived much longer if she had received the care she needed.

But the real issue here is not the attempts to harm me, but the harm that our legal system allowed to occur to my grandmother. Like Terri Schiavo, the family law legal system must be amended to allow for family members other than just next of kin to intervene to save the life of a loved one.

We should expect no less of our society. In a civilized world, we cannot and should not allow more Yetta Goldberg’s and Terri Schiavo’s to be victimized without any real legal recourse by other, caring family members.

The media keeps pounding that Terri is in a persistent vegetative state, because that is what they want you to believe. I encourage you to visit her website and view videos of how that is not true!Physician Examined Terri Schiavo for Over 10 Hours; says Therapies Available to Help Her"We and others I know have treated many patients worse than Terri, and have seen them regain independence and dignity." -- Dr. William Hammesfahr Link to Article, Physician Examined Terri Schiavo for Over 10 Hours; says Therapies Available to Help Her, Christian Communication Network

"The so called Christian groups are nothing more than points of disinformation.."

Frankly sir, this is the problem in America today, a massive falling away from faith. The Terri Schiavo tragedy is an abysmal moral crisis that won't be fixed by politics or politicians. It will be fixed only when faith returns to America, and the morals and value inherent in it.
