I agree He stands to make far more than the One million offered him to spare Terri's life.
I have wondered who is paying Felos, and how much did the "Forces of Death" promise Michael in "Movie deals" and "Book deals" etc. if he saw this through to her death?
We may soon know.
It will be particularly telling to see who the "deals" are made with, Michael or her family.

The SMW (Self-Made Widower) will never have peace of mind. He is now a member of the Mark of Cain club. I can't imagine him ever feeling safe enough to eat in a restaurant, but if I ever run into him, I hope that's where it happens.

It will never happen. This is OUR fault for letting society get to the point where these decisions are even debated.
I've said it before, It would be one thing if some sort of hi tech apparatus were actually keeping her alive past the point where she would normally have departed for eternity.
For example, heart pump, breathing machine, etc. The question then could be "Is the machine keeping her body functioning when she is really dead?".
This however was simple nourishment for an individual who could not feed herself. Just like what we did as parents for our infants.
Had we withheld food from our infants, we would without a doubt (and rightfully so) be charged with murder.
It should have never arrived to the point where "should we starve someone to death?" is even up for debate.

He did not take the $ deal because even a million dollars would not be worth the time spent in prison if she ever got the rehab she deserved, needed, and that was paid for...
Had Terri ever again spoke been able to speak..Mikey was going to jail..
imo

In the wake of this tragedy, I had a thought. I wonder if the insurance companies can say that judicial ordered death is not natural causes and refuse to pay on Michael's life insurance policies on Terri. That would be poetic justice for him to be denied the monetary profits from her death.

Michael Shiavo: Scott Peterson with a court order and a book deal.

I think these numbers are pretty inflated, but there's no denying that he stands to gain big time, and I don't expect him to withdraw into privacy.

the endless civil suits to comeI suspect the civil suits will never get off the ground but will be instantly shot down by whatever judge they come before.this whole case has turned into a who rules? question and the judges as a group have won. They will not mitigate their victory by ermitting lawsuits to go forward.MS will never have to defend against them.

Felos was last paid some two years ago according to Greta Van S.but prior to that he had been paid around $385,000.00
from Terri's side of the medical settlement which is administered by Micheal Schaivo. This was Court Approved

If I were Michael Schiavo, or any other individual seen as responsible for Terri's death, I'd keep my back to the wall. A very thick armor plated wall at that.
