I think it would be justifiable to declare war against the PRC. Will it happen? Probably not. But it would be RIGHT!

Well... If you look the situation from China's point of you.
It is developing and fast.
Only the US can stop its further development... And the time comes when almost 1.5 milliard people needs more oil... and a lot more !!!

China looks for assurances that the US wont monopolise the world markets, especially not the oil...

The nuclear technology is expensive and too complicated, and the US nuclear defense is pretty good.

But in any case if things do getting ugly there is always few kilo of this new high tech expolsive ready to some (or all of them) terrorist cells who wants to do harm to the US or its interests.

If the news hits the media that 50 kilo of this is in terrorosts hands that can have the same economical impact as one or more real bomb goning off.

So that's why I dont think it is a good idea to attack China.
