Evidence of Sulzberger’s panic came almost immediately after the Presidential election. On Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004, a strange article was written by a columnist at the Globe, Alex Beam, in which Justice Judith Cowin was blamed for the Democratic loss. This is the first paragraph in its entirety: “I was intrigued to learn that, after all the crocodile tears were shed for John Kerry's wrenching electoral loss, the name on everyone's lips was not Margaret Marshall, but . . . Judith Cowin.” So who is Judith Cowin? And how could she help Pinch Sulzberger escape blame for the Democratic loss?

This article calls others incoherent but I am not sure what it is saying itself. I interpret it as saying that John Kerry lost the election because some judge in Massachusetts voted a particular way on gay rights. (Not too sure what that was saying either.) I find that idea to be silly. The nation just shrugged and said that is those idiot liberals in Mass., who are in a contest with the liberals in California to see who is the nuttiest.

No need for popcorn...I have no desire to dialogue with the likes of some of these guys. It is unproductive.
For the record, MassNews is a conservative news site with which I have no affiliation. Rather than attacking these guys, you should be supporting an outpost here in libland. Some of the reactions are startling.
