Illegal immagrant solution
Vanity | April 9, 2006 | Polish Proud

Call the president. I have an answer to the illegal immigration problem. The federal government uses businesses to collect taxes, right? So why not use the IRS template to control undocumented workers.

It's simple. If an employer knowingly hires an illegal, said undocumented worker could report the employer to the INS and he would get immediate citizenship and a $2,000 bounty and the employer would be fined $5,000.

If the illegal worker used forged documents, he would be deported with a felony on his record. If he is caught again using forged document he would be jailed.

Employers already ask for SS# - documentation could include green cards and guest worker cards. The feds would have to set up a data bank so employers could check document.

The federal government wants the IMMIGRANTS here, legal or not. They have made it obvious.

Simpson-Mazzoli Act

http://www.answers.com/topic/immigration-reform-and-control-act-of-1986?method=8

Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
The Immigration Reform and Control Act ('Simpson-Mazzoli Act, IRCA, Pub. L. 99-603, Nov. 6, 1986, 100 Stat. 3359) is an American law that was created in order to stop illegal immigration from Mexico, which was seen as a threat to the economy.

The law criminalized the act of knowingly hiring an undocumented worker and established financial and other penalties for those employing illegal aliens, because it was thought that not as many people would be attracted to enter the U.S. illegally if the prospects for employment were low. A one-year amnesty program for illegal aliens who had already worked and lived in the U.S. since January 1982 was established. Those eligible could apply for regularization of status and eventually full citizenship. The law also mandated the intensification of Border Patrol activities including the auditing of employer I-9 forms.

On Local news they just said that the City of Dallas is forced to put over 600 policemen on the streets today to control over 100,000 ILLEGAL demonstrators.

GREAT now add the cost of that to the already tax burden we have to pay because of the lawbreakers.

Find employer, and employee in the Constitution.

Are you asking for you property rights to be weakened, so that you do not have the right to trade your property, with those who are not citizens?

What about those who trade with illegals by exchanging their cash for food?

If it was against the law to trade for food with illegals they would not come up here.

Companys when they pay someone for work deduct this payment form their income to lower their taxes. The IRS could cease allowing deductions that are paid to Illegals.

If the illegal worker used forged documents, he would be deported with a felony on his record. If he is caught again using forged document he would be jailed.

Paragraph #1: The illegal would then be fired and have only $2,000 in his pocket instead of an illegal job which earns him money free of charge every day.
Paragraph#2: Why on Earth would an immigrant who used forged documents turn himself in just for a free trip back to old Mehiho? Charge with a felony then send home, if we catch you again THEN you go to jail? Do we not jail felons anymore?

Not enough incentives in the plan.

Pay legal immigrants the $2,000 to turn in those in their communities who are illegal, then follow the trail back to their employers for the fines and fees. This won't get them all, but will get a lot. Imagine rival street gangs turning each other in for reward money then both of them getting the boot. Penniless.

The solution is to do to these businesses that hire illegal aliens what the great patriots of the past, such as those who participated in the Boston Tea Party, would have done.

I have a question for anybody that has a serious answer. I've heard many of the supporters of these illegals say that they pay taxes and contribute and so forth. Ok what social secruity# do they use? Now I've also heard that they just make up a number. Ok wouldn't the social security administration find it odd that two different individuals are paying into the same number from two different parts of the country or that the number belongs to a deceased person. Just who is fooling who here? Do they expect us to believe this crap. If true this involves even more crimes, like forgery, and identity theft.

Also, the government should know that those are false SS numbers but they still take a lot of money in that way. Sounds like fraud on the part of government as well.

Exactly. This problem goes deeper and is broader than anyone can imagine. We need people to run for office that will go after all people involved, even if its at the top.

You are joking right? I want the employer to be criminally prosecuted for a felony offense and in addition to be made to reimburse the city, state, and federal governments for all public expenses associated with this particular immigrant while under his employ.

The federal govt. wants to integrate Mexico with the US, Canada, too, if they'll go along. That's been plan A. Plan B. is the complete integration of the rest of the hemisphere. One free trade and travel zone. Open borders. Just like the EU! Whoo Hoo! The fact that most of the hemisphere's population will head for the US and stay there hasn't occurred to globalist big thinkers. Oh, well, we'll deal with that pesky problem when we have to.

You could be heavily fined for using illegally imported Cohibas to make a profit. Why couldn't we also put fines on using illegally imported Mexican workers to make a profit? Are you for or against the Cuban embargo?

Thats right. There seams to be people on both sides of the political spectrum that want to look the other way. I think the solution would be to fine employers 5 times the prevailing wage plus $5000 per occurrence and be ineligible for government contracts.

The government takes in about $6 BILLION a year from illegals. They are in the illegal business, and they know who is using fake SS numbers.

I brought this fact up in person to my Senators press secretary yesterday. He looked at me and said "Gee, I haven't thought about that". When I mentioned that someday these illegals are going to come seeking reparations, he was stunned.
