I agree. According to opinion polls and emigration numbers Europeans don't even want to "keep Europe". My personal observations [I haven't seen any numbers on it] is that it is more or less the same with Russia. People simply want to move to a better place and don't care about the rest. How a sane person can even dream about colonizing anything with population in that state of mind.
