For more than five years, Siomara Senises welcomed women into her abortion clinics in Miramar and Hialeah.
Sometimes, she even helped perform abortions, investigators say.
Yet no one at either shuttered facility was licensed to perform medical services, according to police affidavits.
Last year, a fetus was discovered inside a red biohazard bag at the Hialeah clinic, prompting the state to close it. The Miramar clinic had been shut down in 2005.
SECOND CASE?
The Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office is considering charges against her in connection with the fetus that was found in the Hialeah clinic, Mark Overton, Hialeah police said Friday.

Plese help request that Miami-Dade Medical Examiner Bruce Hyma do his duty and order a second autopsy from a competent Forensic Pathologist instead of the lab tech he's training. The FBI recommended the CA Pound Laboratory

I called a homicide detective today in Hialeah and asked how he felt about the outcome of this born alive abortion mill murder case. He said he feels Miami-Dade State's Attorney, Katherine Rundle is dragging her feet. He also said he thinks Medical Examiner Bruce Hyma compromised the murder by stating in the autopsy: the baby was born alive, but died of extreme maturity; (meaning it can't die from a homicide, because a non-viable wouldn't have lived anyway?).
A Miramar detective told me that was comparable to you pushing someone out of a building and another person shooting the victim on the way down. The guy shooting the victim on the way down is innocent because, what the heck he was going to die anyway?

When they get enough callers they will be compelled to perform a second autopsy with a Forensic Pathologistthis time instead of a lab technician.
The baby was murdered and the body hidden while decompopsing. There was a motive and the motive was murder., but let's have a jury and a competent Forensic Pathologist decide!
Was the death 100% NATURAL?
FAQ on Forensic Pathology
Did an injury contribute to the death?
If the death was 100% natural, that is, caused solely by one or more natural disease processes, it follows that the manner of death is NATURAL.If any type of injury clearly contributed to the death, then the manner of death is not NATURAL, and by definition must be unnatural or violent. If the injury played only a small role in the death, then the manner of death must be classified as either homicide, accident, suicide or undetermined. The medical examiner/coroner must weigh the factors and render an opinion for the cause and manner of death on the death certificate. If both natural disease and injury contributed to the death, then both are placed on the certificate. Occasionally, the injury contributing to death happened long before the death actually occurred. These deaths are unnatural. FAQ on Forensic Pathology
Bowing to public pressure they performed a second autopsy on a 14-year old Florida teen who died in a Florida boot camp. His second autopsy report revealed there was a murder: Local Story on Second Autopsy Performed Due to Public Pressure.
Please also help request that Katherine Fernandez Rundle (Janet Reno's pal), Miami Dade State Attorney use her full resources to prosecute Belkis Gonzalez immediately for the murder of Shanice Denise Osbourne, a born alive infant from a botched Hialeah abortion and that this is to be stated so in her press release. Official sources tell us we have allowed them to drag this case far too long (9 months) and a second autopsy must be made.

Politicians will not act until they receive an allotted number of calls. Please call daily and repeatedly and ask for the status of the investigation informing them that this is the only means you have of acquiring the status until it is published in the news through a press release.
What most people don't understand is that controversial trials like these for born alive abortion victims are first and foremost tried by public opinion and the media to determine if any real action should be taken by lawmakers. For many years people murdered their newborns and claimed their children were victims of SIDS. That went on for quite some time until ultimately the tide of public opinion and the media changed and demanded further investigation and timely prosecution.
In England 50 babies survive botched abortions every year, yet in America, a country 5 times the size of England we seldom hear of any, despite a federal Act of Congress, the Born Alive Infant's Protection Act.

Social perception is always evolutionary: it arrives in 3 stages: opinions, beliefs, convictions. Until the media or public voice stronger opinion, politicians steer clear of making a decision, so justice is delayed and therefore denied, and in this sense the Hialeah trial really began in July and has been under reported and under resourced ever since. Please advance the tide of public opinion now and defend this death of innocence also!

THE FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST
What is a pathologist?
A pathologist is a specialized type of physician who studies a vast variety of natural diseases and works in a hospital, a laboratory or a private setting. There are two main types of pathology - anatomic and clinical. Anatomic pathology encompasses surgical pathology, autopsy pathology, and diagnostic cytology. The surgical pathologist examines organs and tissues for the purpose of making a diagnosis to assist the primary physician caring for the patient. The autopsy pathologist performs autopsy examinations on individuals, usually in the hospital setting. The purpose is to determine the cause of death and to answer questions raised by the treating physicians and family members. Most hospital deaths are from natural causes. A forensic pathologist is often called to investigate the possibility of an unnatural death, one not caused exclusively by natural disease. The cytologist examines individual cells and groups of cells under the microscope to diagnose various benign and malignant conditions. Forensic pathology is branch of anatomic pathology. Clinical pathology includes the various laboratory departments such as hematology, microbiology, immunology, clinical chemistry, toxicology and transfusion medicine (the blood bank). A clinical pathologist is commonly the director of the hospital laboratory. Pathologists tend to specialize in one or a few areas because there is simply too much to know for one person to be an expert at everything.
