The Maryland State Board of Education has ruled Stop right there. This body is answerable to the people of the State of Maryland. If they cared, they'd hold it accountable to their wishes.

No, those entities *used* to be answerable to the people of Maryland, and some effort is still expended to give the illusion that public sentiment is respected but make no mistake, it is not.
