I just left a comment that relates to it. Basically, I'm leaving it up to the Berg team to handle all things legal. What we don't want is for there to be too many Indians and not enough chiefs.

Not sure if this has been asked of you yet - what are the chances that you would be asked to testify as an expert witness in addition to your documented summary being entered into evidence? There is no doubt that your personal testimony would add tremendous credibility to any hearing.
