Hammer all you want. He won't "cough it up" until a court, the Supreme Court in fact, ORDERS it to be "coughed up", and they need not go through him to get it. They can order the HI officials to "cough it up".
There are two questions. Will they? If they do and he was born in Kenya, or otherwise is not a Natural Born Citizen, will he "do the right thing", and leave the scene?
There is a third question if the answer to #2 is "No!"...

This case states that Obama is not a natural born citizen because his father was a British subject of Kenya and not a citizen himself. Full court set to meet on Dec 5th...stay tuned.
