What he expects is a very large chunk of the soon to be released broadcast airwaves once TV is switched over in Feb of 2009 to a digital signal. This would give Google a clear advantage in developing a nationwide high speed wireless Internet service ability. There's been a big fight being waged over the allocation of these airwaves in Washington for the past several years now. Just follow the money it usually leads you to the stinking pile of guts these big money vultures fight over.

Jason Lewis did recommend Dogpile as well and he is a conservative radio talk show host.
I wonder if I can get google off the opening page of the browser for firefox? It’s really not that important of a question though.
