Scalia (who is my hero) voted with the majority of Bush vs Gore and that decision was clearly outside the authority of the SC. Read Levin's ‘Men in Black’ for the details. They made a decision that applies only to that one case. Note they wont stop the counting in Minnesota, it is outside the SC. How in the world do you think there is not a case, when it the meaning of "natural born Citizen" clearly makes Obama ineligible, due to his foreigh father?
