PATHETIC!
This is what you get when you elect a cabin boy to sail the USS America through rough seas.

Thanks for this post MFH. When I read about the Obama’s escaping from their stressful morning by travelling to the Charter School, I couldn’t help but think about President G.W. Bush at a different school on Sept. 11, 2001, and how although shocked as he was managed to remain calm and not panic the children present. IIRC he told them he had to leave unexpectedly to take care of some problems, but when he could he’d return another day...something to that effect.

I also remember thinking this morning about the example this sets for our brave Military, this guy, their new C.I.C. runs away from stress.

I like that first pic a lot more... maybe it has to do with the subject material.

I would forever be in debt to anyone that can direct me to the quote John Kerry made about (completely paraphrasing): "I was in the basement of the capitol with _____ and I didn't know what to do. We were in shock. Time just passed by and then we were told the Pentagon had been hit."

I tried to find it tonight to counter a typical liberal using the "Bush was like a deer in headlights and all he could do was read 'My Pet Goat'"

Kerry's spokesperson, Stephanie Cutter, had made a jab in 2004 saying: "John Kerry is not the type of leader who will sit and read 'My Pet Goat' to a group of second graders while America is under attack."

Anybody?

Aw the poor thing. Don’t you people know that he’s being pressed to prove that he’s a native born American? Don’t you know that he’s being accused of helping ACORN and other anti-American outfits? Of COURSE he’s under stress. And he’s had to throw three more people under the bus? It might even get so bad that he’ll go visit his natural friends in Russia and STAY THERE. SOB!

(You can take the SOB any way you want.)

Because he was "tired of being in the White House"

Looks like ADD. He can't concentrate on business at hand. 0bama's probably being overwhelmed by his advisors, so he slinked off to a situation where he had adoration and control.

This country is in for a world of hurt. Not just a long 4 years; a whole lot of pain.

Ner0 bama fiddles as Kentucky freezes.

And the upshot was (from a history of Nero):

"As his popularity waned, Nero and Tigellinus realized that individuals were needed who could be charged with the disaster. It so happened that there was such a group ready at hand, Christians, who had made themselves unpopular because of their refusal to worship the emperor, their way of life, and their secret meetings. Further, at this time two of their most significant "teachers" were in Rome, Peter and Paul. They were ideal scapegoats, individuals whom most Romans loathed, and who had continually sung of the forthcoming end of the world.

Their destruction was planned with the utmost precision and cruelty, for the entertainment of the populace. The venue was Nero's circus near the Mons Vaticanus. Christians were exposed to wild animals and were set ablaze, smeared with pitch, to illuminate the night. The executions were so grisly that even the populace displayed sympathy for the victims. Separately, Peter was crucified upside down on the Vatican hill and Paul was beheaded along the Via Ostiensis. But Nero's attempt, and hope, to shift all suspicion of arson to others failed. His popularity even among the lower classes was irrevocably impaired. (http://www.roman-emperors.org/nero.htm)

I thought it was odd for the Obama’s to say that that they were “tired of being in the White House”

Reportedly Michelle told the children at the school
“they let us out”

uuggh, isn’t that uplifting
15 days and counting
