From the First Amendment:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion...”
We are not a Christian nation nor were we ever intended to be.

When over 80% of Americans have traditionally identified themselves as “Christian”, that makes us a Christian nation. When every president in our nations history has been a Christian, I’d say that was a good indicator that we are a Christian country. When our founding documents and principles are based on Judeo-Christian teaching, we are a Christian nation.

In “God” we trust.
Not Allah or Buddah or any other god.
I guess you wanted also the removal of the tem commandments for the court rooms?

"We are not a Christian nation nor were we ever intended to be."
There is a distinct difference between establishment of a national religion (the prohibition of which was the obvious intent of the founders) and the acknowledgment of the Christian nature of the prevailing culture in this nation.
The First Amendment was intended to insure the free practice of various denominations of Christianity, not the secularization of society. The proof of this fact can be found in numerous references by those who wrote the Constitution, the Federalist Papers and the legacy of culture handed down for over two hundred years.
The notion of a totally secular society was purloined from the Soviet Constitution, which originated the statement and concept of "Separation of Church and State."

Per the Constitution, we aren’t technically a Christian nation, but functionally, practically, and historically we are. To fully understand, a person needs to read writings of the founding fathers, Federalist Papers, etc. So... Hussein was wrong on that point. What can you expect, though, from a traitor?

When over 80% of Americans continue to identify themselves as Christian, that makes us a Christian nation. When every president in our nations history has been a Christian, Id say that was a good indicator that we are a Christian country. When our founding documents and principles are clearly based on Judeo-Christian teaching, we are a Christian nation.
That you aren't a Christian does mean something (more on this below) but it doesn't mean that you aren't living in a Chritian Nation. The Bible was one of 3 books approved as teaching texts in our Founding public schools, as outlined by America's first de facto Secretary of Education, Thomas Jefferson.
Oh, and as concerns what your not being a Christian does mean... bring the barbecue sauce. It'll come in handy where you're going. LMAO.
"You have been measured and found wanting."
"God has numbered your days, and brought them to an end."
"You will be given over to the Medes, and the Persians."

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion...
I find it peculiar when persons only quote parts of an amendment which support only their belief.
Can anyone remember the Free Exercise portion of this amendment?
Did anyone read the Federalist papers?
I will grant that, with Christians voting Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro, born in Kenya, into the office of POTUS, without congressional verification and without concern for his Marxsist/Muslim liberation theology and his grossly visible ProDeath stances and his whole widely visible gambit of anti-American and anti-freedom ideology, it is not saying much to say someone or some nation is Christian any longer. There is no denying "so-called" Christians can be dangerous, anti-religious, anti-American, ProDeath, totalitarian, authoritarian and evil. Even Christians are saddled with human nature - violence and bigotry. This is exactly why our constitutuional laws, which hold this nation as a republic, are written the way they were...to take into consideration both sides of the Christian and both sides of the man - the graced side and the sinful side - the realistic Christian man...one who is not perfect, but who certainly strives to be, unlike our fraudulent POTUS...boy we certainly let our founding and fore fathers down this time.

The US was founded on the basic moral and ethical principles of Judeo-Christianity.
The way he’s saying it is wrong. He is wrong about everything because he is a very evil man.

Just a bit of a lesson on the Constitution.
What this means is that the USA will not have an official religion. England had an official religion, The Church of England, the Anglican Church.
At the time of the founding of the Republic and the ratification of the Constitution, Congregationalism was the official religion in the New England Colonies.
The Founders wanted to protect against any State religion.
The fact that over 80% of Americans self-identify as Christian, says something about America. The fact that America was founded on Judeo-Christian values, and continues to operate under these values says the same thing.
Obama is a fool.
