I think most of us know when a Palin hater is a Palin hater. Any comments about her family. Anyone who repeats the Main Stream Media talking points.
we know it when we see it.

We do. :o)
Of course you can start working against those who turn on your favorite or line of thought.

If you have any sense of right and wrong, you know when criticism of a public figure is warranted.

Yes. This is why the GOP needs to clarify its ideals, principles, and values and then hold their candidates and politicians to this standard. Everything else is just someone else's grudge or mission and not relevant to the long term goals of the party and the solid foundation of principles, ideals, and values and implementation there of.
This should be the only and the exclusive focus always of the party. People? Either they stick to those principles or they do not. If they do not we take them out or do not vote them in as candidates. We do not fund them as candidates. If the GOP does the GOP does not get our money. It should never be harassing people, candidates, or elected politicians because of their agreement or disagreement with a candidate, but a focus on whether or not they are fulfilling the principles of the party.

"And who gets to decide whats unfair?" HA!!!
Most problematic, that.
One'd have thought a lasting lesson would be learned with the Office of Homeland Security's creation.
