While I am certain that Eric Holder dropped the charges because the accused agree with 0bama politically, I still have to wonder who were they intimidating? Philadelphia isn't exactly a bastion of conservative voters. If the same people were trying this out in the more redder parts of Penna. then I would say there could be a case against them.

It doesn't matter where they did it. The simple fact is that they were there in "uniform" with weapons. I wouldn't be any happier about it if they were klansmen or my neighbors doing it at my polling place.
