I live about a mile from our former President George Bush. Ever since he moved into the "neighborhood" car alarm remotes in my complex and around the area randomly stop working. Luckily I don't have an alarm that cuts the engine. I have to drive with the alarm blaring another mile just to use the remote to kill the alarm. At 6 in the morning it's not uncommon now to hear car alarms go off all over the place as people try to start their cars.
My roommate started to have the same problem also. I've seen as well a couple of people at the local 7/11 and Krogers down the street trying to start their cars with their remotes with no success. The batteries are new and everyone is logged in.
I was told in a phone call to a local dealership that the frequency used by many older car alarm remotes is also used by the DOD, police and perhaps the Secret Service and can interfere with the transmission of the codes from the remote to the alarm box in the car. The guy said he's seen this happen alot.
Anybody else have or have had this problem with car alarm remotes? Is Bush to blame???

It’s weird! This makes the third time this month I can’t turn the alarm off! Maybe I should protest against Bush along with Cindy whatsherface Monday!

BTW...It’s a Dodge Ram and the alarm is a Clifford MATRIX.....Maybe Obuma has something to do with it?
We shouldn’t be surprised. If we believe the left, W can control the weather and crash planes into buildings. I wouldn’t protest too loudly. ;)
Remotes stopped working? Hmmmmm. It could be the result of an EMP- Electromagnetic Pulse. Has a nuclear device recently detonated in your area?

In the olden days our garage door opener would activate when a plane flew a bit too low over our house (which was on the flight path for Newark Airport.)

When ever I drive past Andrews Air force Base or the H.Q. of the CIA, my cell phone cuts out.
Their electronics are such that they wipe out everything nearby.
Every time I go inside Target my cell phone stops working, there must be a connection.

I dunno, but I recall that IED in Iraq were being triggered by garage door openers. The U.S. countered by equiping troops with jammers. There were reports of premature denotation of some would be jihadis as a result.
Might some sort of jammer meant to foil would be assassins.
Interesting......All kidding aside...I do worry a little that some ROP nut case or other loony’s will do something “drastic” around here.
