Here's the simple explaination, Joe Biden, the gaffe master that he is, forgot that President of the United States was a radical who is absolutely no friend of Israel... this correction is Obama, not the State Dept.... Biden's words from yesterday here:

Did Obama not realize that becoming President of the United States did not give him authority over Israel? Did I miss the memo of “ally” meaning “authority”?
Biden was completely correct and dare I say it, being MORE PRESIDENTIAL than Obama ever thought about being?

If Biden were ever installed in the Oval Office, he’ll probably pick his nose all day but the country would recover from its economic mess by itself — he would definitely not try to destroy the country he was born in.
