Here is video of White House Aide Linda Douglass on Reliable Sources today defending her attack on a video showing President Obama in his own words saying he wants to move America to a single-payer system. Douglass called the video "disinformation," when actually it simply used Obama's own words against him.
Even Reliable Sources Host Howard Kurtz said he was "skeptical" that using a person's own words could be called "disinformation."
Kurtz also challenged Douglass on the White House's solicitation of citizens to send in examples of opposition to Government Health Care via email. She denied that the White House is keeping a list of names or that they are tracking sources. . . . . (Watch Video)

If they are not keeping a list or collecting info, then what are they doing with it? There is nothing else they could possibly be doing with it.

They are compelled by law to retain those emails.
Ms. Douglass is a liar. She lied throughout that segment.

Kurtz himself was OK, but the lead -in videos were weak; they failed to show the clear advocacy for single payer, not only by Obama but by close advisors who outlined exactly the scheme of slow takeover.

I have to agree with Obama supporters on this. Using Obama's words is disinformation. Any words out of Obama's mouth is probably a lie and thus disinformation.
Linda Douglass was a ABC and CBS journalist for just over 30 years. It would be interesting to look at the stories she filed on health care over that period of time. My guess is that they would be littered with left-leaning inaccuracies, propaganda and just plain lies.
I for one and thankful that Ms. Douglass in on the Obama payroll. Perhaps more Americans will now be a little more conscious of the liberal slant that affects virtually all journalism.

Yeah, he's really going out on a limb there. It's gotten to where the word "journalist" is synonymous with "gutless coward."
Kurtz could have just gotten to the point by asking, “Have you found a lot of difference between journalism you used to do, and the out and out prostitution you engage in now?”
Kurtz was “skeptical”? Let’s be crystal clear, quoting the President’s own words IS NOT disinformation, it’s fact. Do the Democrats really expect us to live in their manipulative fantasyland?
