Remember Lucus Smith? The man who claimed he had Obama’s birth certificate and tried auctioning it off on ebay?

Lucas made a couple of youtube vids.

Lucas filed a declaration with the court in California concerning how he had gotten a hold of Obama’s birth certificate and submitted the birth certificate along with the declaration.

I personally don’t know for sure if its real but he would be a fool for knowingly filing a lie with a court.

See now I am not even going to bother looking at this document in any detail but, this you can tell is definitely scanned.

You can tell by looking at how the document is mishapen due it being impossible to eliminate the document “handling” artificats such as rolling, edging and the scanner edge feature in the lower right hand corner.

This is unlike the fake of Barry O.’s that has folds and supposed raised features but, unlike the perfect rendition containing no artifacts, no folds, margins that were electronically improved and made even and pristine, almost as if were computer generated, not scanned.

For what it is worth on the Wiki site, Canada (also a former UK colony with a history of merging two cultures: English and Quebec French)is also reported to use the same two date formats as Kenya, plus a third format! See color code brown on the map. Kenya colony and Mombassa Protectorate of Kenya (leased from Zanzibar) might have had different date format traditions that carried over into the merged country.

Which Birth Certificate?

 

1. The one that was with his Kindergarten records?  Those records and that copy mysteriously have disappeared.

 

2. The one that some White Spokesman referred to as having been vaporized in some house fire, in 1972?  What country was that one from, in whose possession was it and why did they have it?

 

3. Assuming he had a birth certificate that was vaporized, in 1972, What Birth Certificate did he use to obtain a passport?  What Birth Certificate did he use to obtain admission into college and get college loans?

 

Now, the best part:

4. Where is the Birth Certificate he found among his mother's belongings in 1995, when she passed away?  He wrote about it in one of his books and expounded about why it was there.

So with all these Birth Certificates lying around, why did he feel it necessary to produce a "Certification of Live Birth" that is inconsistent with a Birth Certificate and wholly lacking all of the information you would find, in you know, a Birth Certificate?

 

He seemed to have some emotional attachment to the Birth Certificate found among his mother’s belongings.  Why wouldn’t he just slap that one up, for all the world to see?

 

It seemed important that he found a document that is called a “Birth Certificate” and it is highly unlikely he would not know what one looks like.

Like the picture of a Ogabe’s alleged BC from Orly and this one.....the birth name is the first thing that makes it suspect in my book. Barry Obama was most likely his birth name. Then he became Barry Soetoro, then he switched back to Barry Obama....then decided on Barack Hussein Obama(Jr., II, etc). Different spelling of Barrack/Barack......

Plus the fact that Inspector Clouseau(Lucas Smith) and his cohort colmado_naranja has such an extensive criminal past that any sane person should take this with a pillar of salt.

This is a United Nations entry for the daughter of the doctor who is supposed to have delivered Barack Hussein Obama in Mombasa, Kenya.
Mary Atieno Ang’awa (Kenya). Place and date of birth: Mombasa, Kenya, 8 March 1954. Nationality: Kenyan.
She is now a prominent High Court Justice in Nairobi.
However, this confirms that in fact her father probably did practice in Mombasa, if she also was born there in the 1950’s. He apparently accompanied the 1978 Kenyan Team to the Olympics in Moscow (President Carter ;ead the U.S. boycott of these games).
She could easily dispel anything about this “You Tube” document.
However, this begs the question — if you have to go overseas to authentic vital records concerning POTUS because of his father, are we really talking about a ‘natural-born Citizen?’
Of course, the answer is, “No!”
I have seen questions asked, “Why Mombasa?” This is likely because Mombasa was one of the few cities at the time that recognized “plural marriages,” and by this time, Obama, Sr. was a polygamist.
There are other problems with this document, including the use of the infant footprint for newborn identification. In the U.S., the F.B.I was arguing for this practice in 1966 —
No one seems to have employed this practice in Colonial Africa — from anything that has been see, yet.

Its pretty simple really:
1. They did have footprints in 1961.
2. It was a protectoriate in 61, then independent in 63, but all policies and procedures were in place and being used in 1961, evidence has been provided already on Taits site, Andy Martins, Allan Keyes, etc.
3. Obama is hiding something, which is why everything is sealed.
4. This has not been examined by experts, so any comment is only speculation at this time.
5. Long form Birth certificates and COLB are very different, for different purposes.
6. The video of the certificate shows its a COPY, not the origonal, probably black and white. Note the Document stamp which he specifies and denotes that it has info with the e-mail address, administrators name, etc.
7. We now have a doctors name.
8. We now have an administrators name.

I find it specious for anyone to give all this easily verifiable information, remember he has not made money on this yet.
He admits he is no angle, admits he has made payoffs, and states that it takes “someone like him” to get this information. And he did.

Give the guy his 10 minutes, lets examine the document, verify it, and if its fake, find out NOW. If its not, lets take care of business, just as it should have been done in the first place.

Then there is the fact that Obama's Mama had a history of making untrue statements concerning her marriage and divorce, coupled with Barry's history of lies and deception, which makes them and Smith about equal in credibility. The truth will lie in proving the documents with doctors, hospitals and witnesses of the time period. Should it be shown the witness to Obama's birth in Hawaii was other than a doctor in a hospital, all heck will break loose. Too many loose ends to walk away from on Obama's eligibility including the Constitutional definition of NBC and we the people deserve truthful answers nothing less will do. This is still America, despite claims to the contrary.
