According to sources, Rep. Frank Wolf R.Va. and Rep. Lamar Smith R-Tx received a letter today from the Dept. of Justice Office of Professional Responsibility (DOJ) about the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense ( NBP), which was mysteriously dismissed by the DOJ after President Obama took office.

I believe we all know what happened. Obama sent a message through one of his interlocutors, one hard to trac back to him, that these guys should go free. More arrogance from the Kenyan.
Prosecution in this instance will be without enthusiasm and subject to a considerable number of procedural errors, only being done as a sop to criticism.
these guys will be fully prosecuted and server their time in a cell right next to SANDY BURGLER......
