I flew out of Reagan at 9:30 this morning. Visibility was very, very limited. Anyone familiar with Coast Guard proceedures? Seems to me they would have cancelled any training exercise.

I hate to say it but - good work CNN. Don’t back down. Keep trying to get to the bottom of this. The CG would not be conducting a training mission in the rain and mist over the river on 9/11 just as the Annoited One was due to pass over. What are the odds?
