That is the number I heard as well. I know what a crowd or 70,000 looks like and it was well over that.

My friend and I were walking all around the place and never saw one reporter. They may have been up by the capitol steps where the speakers were, but they never permeated the crowd. One woman was talking to me about that, and I told her not to worry - we don't need them anymore

I never thought about it before, but that may be true. There are a lot of sources of news and information these days.
