Obama is not very bright, but he might have some clever handlers. Could they have done this to create a backlash in favor of a weak democrat to help him to retain the governor’s mansion for the democrats?

I don’t care much for Michael Steel, but I did like him asking why the POTUS would ask a Black Governor NOT to run for reelection. ...and a fellow Black Democrat at that!
