They are there. One of the things they do is build a series of underground bunkers and tunnels that can’t be seen even if you are looking straight at them. All you might see is a trailer, or a cabin, maybe even a nice peaceful looking house. Also, in that particular area and in Seattle, they have made pacts with white supremacists, so lily white ain’t all it appears to be sometimes.
Just sayin’.
There's one bar, a video store, grocery store, gas station and pizza parlor.
Only Caucasians live there...with a few hispanic "immigrants".
There are no black people in Onalaska WA...no Arabs either. None. Zilch.
