I've driven by that property at least 50 times.

I haven't been by in a little over two years...but then, there was absolutely nothing there.

I'll check in with family to see what they know...but I strongly believe there could not be a terrorist camp there. The locals wouldn't put up with it.

Each, and every, person that lives in those parts is ARMED TO THE TEETH and they OWN local law enforcement.

This is not your average community. It's the epicenter of patriots for the entire state. If you make the assumption of 200 households within a 5 mile radius...there are AT LEAST 400 assault weapons and 500k rounds of ammo.

If outsiders started building something...they'd have to answer for what it was they were building. If they were shooting there, they'd REALLY have to come up with some damn good answers.

Sounds like the town I live in now.

Sometiems these places are just for caches and bunkers. Sometimes just for camping and exercises.

It would be interesting to see what the town clerk knows about ownership.

Paul WIlliams seemed to think there is a hammat there ( camp) but I don’t know why yet.He lists it as late as March of 2009:
