Here is video of Chris Matthews tonight saying he does not think President Obama "made the case" tonight for his strategy in Afghanistan. He said Obama's speech "lacked the lift of a driving dream," and that it "had a ministerial quality" to it.
Matthews said he failed to bring to his speech a sense that we are going after a "clear-cut enemy." Matthews argued that Al-Qaeda is our real enemy and they are in Pakistan. So, according to him, fighting the Taliban is an indirect way of getting at Al-Qaeda.
Matthews refuses to see that the Taliban and Al-Qaeda are the same enemy. They all follow the radical Islamic ideology that is behind the terrorists who want to destroy the United States. The Taliban is our enemy, as is Al-Qaeda, and all who subscribe to that core ideology. . . . (VIDEO)

Chrissy better be careful or he’s not going to get tingled tonight.
Tingle-Legs also said something to the effect that by presenting at West Point “Obama took his case to the enemy camp.” Yeah, Chrissie sure knows who the enemy is! Can’t understand that line didn’t make Drudge’s top headline!
Your post reminded me of an old 1950's Sci-Fi. I think it starred Vincent Price and was called The Tingler. It was about a scientist that discovered a giant earwig type creature that resides in us all. Maybe Chrissy could star in a sequel!

Obowma is totally convinced that he has a “gift” and that “gift” is to convince others through his speeches. He thinks he is the ONE who can bring all others to his side through his wondrous SPEAKING and he thinks this wondrous speaking will make it all so.
However, all could see that the passion was not there for this cause, it was his duty to try and convince us all, because he had to, but there was not an iota of real passion in the speech and all knew it, even Chris Matthews.
